Organisation for this years ride is well underway , As always were still looking for sponsors and volunteers who make this event happen.
As were now close to ride day please check the rider information on our website and facebook page , Arrive in good time , be prepared for all weather conditions ,be careful of road conditions and mindful of other road users . There are potholes on the route !! The roads are open and subject to the normal rules of the highway code that you must abide by. IT’S NOT A RACE !
Most of all enjoy it - Its for some great causes.
We are not distributing riding packs this year
To get your rider number this year you can either sign in on the day ... Make sure you get to the registration desk in good time .. or you can pre-register at the Liphook Millenium Hall on Saturday 8th June between 9:00 and 12:00 to avoid the queues. The numbers this year will need to be zip tied ( zip ties provided) to your handlebars .
There is ample parking but if you can avoid bringing your car it would certainly help reduce the congestion.
Please remember we have a no helmet no ride policy ...
If you missed the online registration deadline then manual registration will also be available on Saturday at The Millenium hall between 9:00-12:00
Please let your friends know that they may join the ride on the day at £25 per rider
Were really looking forward to seeing you all and are very excited about continuing the great work that the Lidba team have done over the years.
We would also like to take the opportunity to thank all the sponsors and volunteers for their generous support . Without them the ride would not exist …
Last but not least , don't forget the kids ride on the field , bring the little ones along to wear themselves out riding as many laps of the field as they can muster
Good luck and enjoy the ride

Due to the extraordinary circumstances around Covid -19, it is with regret that this summer’s Liphook Bike Ride scheduled for 7th June has had to be cancelled. The decision was reached at an extraordinary meeting of the Liphook Bike Ride Committee. The meeting took account of all the factors, including government advice, and after careful consideration, unanimously agreed that a cancellation till 2021 was the right decision.
The Ride Chair Alistair Halliday said: “It is with regret that we have had to take the decision to cancel the 2020 Liphook Bike Ride in its 30th year. The ride has become the key highlight of the Liphook summer and plays a significant part in helping local charities as well as provide a great day out for so many people, of all ages. But we have had to take into account the full range of factors, including latest government advice and considered that an early and clear decision to cancel would be in the best interests of everyone. We will ensure the 30th ride in 2021 will now be an even more successful event and are pleased to announce that it will now take place on Sunday 13th June 2021.
We are hugely grateful for some sponsors such as Macdonald Oates and Ignition Technology who had already pledged their support this year, as well as to Bramshott and Liphook Parish Council who had generously agreed to donate a grant to support the ride and we hope that this can be transferred to 2021. We will be sending out more information in due course.”
